Overview

Attorney Brittany Finder is a results-driven employment litigator and trusted legal advisor who guides employers through every stage of employment litigation.

Known for her practical problem-solving approach, Brittany has deep experience defending employers in claims arising under federal, state, and local employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She regularly represents clients before administrative agencies, in arbitration, and in federal and state courts.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Brittany served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor & Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department. There, she handled a wide array of labor and employment matters for the City of New York, one of the nation’s largest municipal employers. In that high-volume, high-stakes role, she served as lead counsel in dozens of cases, building a reputation for toughness, efficiency, and effective advocacy. During law school, Brittany interned with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she advised on ADA workplace accommodations and contributed to the development of internal agency policies.
