Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Drew served as an Assistant General Counsel and Chief of Employment Law Unit II at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he managed a portfolio of over 300 active employment litigation matters and provided legal counsel to executive management. Prior to that, he worked as an attorney in the Indianapolis office of a national law firm, representing employers in workplace law matters and conducting workplace investigations, and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nancy H. Vaidik of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Earlier, Drew earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and worked for several years in human resources at a Fortune 100 company, focusing on employment investigations and staffing.
