Overview

Attorney Eric Emanuelson helps employers of all sizes navigate the complexities of U.S. employment law, with an eye toward minimizing risk and achieving optimal workplace outcomes.

Eric provides employers with practical, business-oriented guidance to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements on such matters as pay transparency, recruitment, hiring, discipline, termination, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, and workplace accommodations.

In addition to day-to-day employment counseling, Eric assists clients with employee and management training, internal investigations, and employment litigation defense. He also conducts employment-related due diligence for corporate transactions, helping companies identify potential risks and develop strategies to protect deal value and facilitate smooth post-closing integration.

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Eric served as a Legislative Aide to Connecticut State Senator Edward Meyer, where he developed a strong understanding of how new laws are developed and applied.
