Hands-on work on day one

Here, attorneys starting their career are a strategic priority.

We know how good you’ll be, and how good that will be for us. We’ll give you work that brings out the best in you. And we’ll provide the support you need to advance with us over time.

Our culture is for law students who want to become thought leaders in the areas of health care, life sciences, or employment, labor, and workforce management, while collaborating with people who will help facilitate your growth as an attorney.

We partner with law schools nationally to recruit for our Summer Associate Program. Visit the link below for application opportunities.

Hear from Our People

  • “I even went to an EEOC conciliation meeting. These are things that generally Associates aren’t tagging along for, but you get the opportunity to be there to be able to experience how these meetings are run. And it’s a great opportunity because you have that experience going forward.”

    — Nancy Gunzenhauser Popper

  • “The work that I've been assigned as a first year associate, I'm confident, involves greater experience and greater responsibility than I could have received at any other major law firm.”

    — Kevin Malone

Legal Writing Opportunities

Each year, we provide legal writing opportunities that align with the firm's core values and core areas of practice. We encourage interested law students to submit articles for consideration.

Robert D. Reif Fellowship

Epstein Becker Green created the Robert D. Reif Fellowship with the assistance of American University Washington College of Law in 2012. The mission of the Robert D. Reif Fellowship is to honor the memory of our longtime partner Robert "Bob" Reif by furthering his commitment in the practice of law to maintaining the highest level of ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, fellow attorneys, and the community. Students submit essays on topics involving legal ethics and professional values. Annually, three students are selected as finalists, with the winner receiving the fellowship award of $5,000.
