Epstein Becker Green (EBG) invites you to the inaugural meeting of the EBG Research Collective, a forum for EBG research counsel, our clients, and friends of the firm to discuss current challenges and new obstacles facing organizations engaged in academic and clinical research.

For this meeting, members of EBG Boston’s academic and clinical research practice will host an in-person program designed to provide advanced insights into the federal compliance landscape for 2026.

Join your in-house peers for networking over breakfast, followed by brief presentations from EBG and a facilitated discussion on the following three critical topics shaping research in the year ahead:

  • Outlook on federal research funding (including grant terminations and review processes) and new federal grant terms and conditions;
  • False Claims Act enforcement; and
  • The DOJ’s new Bulk Data Transfer Rule.

Schedule

Breakfast and networking begin at 7:30 a.m., with the formal program beginning at 8:00 a.m.
