Epstein Becker Green is proud to announce that Ashley A. Creech, Associate in the firm's Health Care practice, has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Emerging Young Lawyers in Healthcare Award from the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). Now in its sixth year, the award honors members who exemplify a broad range of achievement, vision, leadership, and legal and community service in health law.

Ashley advises health care organizations and entrepreneurs on complex regulatory and transactional matters. She counsels a diverse range of clients, including ambulatory surgery centers, health systems, hospitals, health insurers, physician group practices, medical spas, and health care investors on health care due diligence, regulatory risks, and transactions. Prior to her legal career, Ashley worked as a registered nurse and clinical manager, giving her firsthand insight into health care delivery and operations that meaningfully informs her counsel.

Ashley was among the Awardees recognized at the ABA's Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law Conference, held April 8-11, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee.
