According to Law360, the survey “reveals that attorneys are mostly pleased with their compensation, billable hours, opportunities for advancement and the collegiality of their firms.” Craig Savitzky wrote, “Firms are receiving high approval percentages for inclusiveness and consideration of family needs and, by and large, meeting and exceeding commitments. Two-thirds expressed a positive outlook, saying they were satisfied with their jobs in early 2022.”
