Lofft, Members of the Firm, to serve on three of the publication’s editorial advisory boards for 2015. Breen will participate for a second consecutive year on the Health Board; Dow has been selected for the Life Sciences Board; and Lofft will become a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Board.

George B. Breen is Chair of Epstein Becker Green’s national Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Steering Committee and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Based in Washington, D.C., he represents health care systems, manufacturers, suppliers, and other health care providers in government investigations and defends cases brought under the False Claims Act and other state and federal fraud and abuse laws. He also counsels clients on reimbursement and compliance issues.

Amy K. Dow is a Member of the Firm in Epstein Becker Green's Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the firm's Chicago office. She primarily represents pharmaceutical, medical device, and biologics manufacturers in U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulatory, fraud and abuse, and transactional matters. Dow also provides health regulatory due diligence services to private equity firms and other investors in life sciences sector entities.

Katherine R. Lofft is a Member of the Firm in the Corporate Services and Health Care and Life Sciences practices, in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She focuses on all aspects of corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and partnerships. Lofft has been recommended in The Legal 500 United States, in the Health Insurers and M&A (Middle Market) categories (2014) and in the Health Insurers and Service Providers categories (2013).
