The podcast will feature EBG litigators sharing real-world insight into how high-stakes conflicts and trials unfold, bringing the audience into the courtroom and asking, “What would you do in this situation?” or, maybe more importantly, “What can you do in this situation?”

Speaking of Litigation demystifies the world of litigation and trial law by providing an inside look at the conflict and resolution cycles inherent to disputes as well as the components necessary to come away with the “big win.” Whether you have been served with a grand jury subpoena or are simply interested in learning how incoming regulations like the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed ban on noncompetes will impact you and your business, Speaking of Litigation covers it all.
