New York, NY (November 17, 2011) — The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green today announced that it has promoted eight of its attorneys in four of its practices — Health Care and Life Sciences, Labor and Employment, Litigation, and Corporate Services.

Marisa Ratinoff has been promoted to a Shareholder in the Labor and Employment practice, in the Los Angeles office. Ratinoff represents employers and their management in state and federal trial and appellate courts, before state and federal administrative agencies, and in arbitration tribunals involving all aspects of employment law.
Jason Caron, Robert Hudock, and Leah Kendall were promoted to Members of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the Washington, D.C., office. Caron counsels clients in the areas of federal and state fraud issues including anti-kickback, self-referral, false claims, and false billings. Hudock's areas of expertise includes information security, privacy, data forensics/e-discovery, legal and business issues of outsourcing, encryption (FIPS/ ISO Standards), legal implications of expert systems, and knowledge management systems. Kendall counsels clients on FDA and other health care regulatory issues impacting them throughout the product lifecycle - research and development, product clearance and approval, and post-market compliance.
Denise Dadika and Mark Trapp have been promoted to Members of the Firm in the Labor and Employment practice. Dadika, who is located in the Newark office, represents employers before state and federal courts, the EEOC and state administrative agencies in litigation concerning harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment contracts, tort claims, and restrictive covenants. Mark, who works in the Chicago office, counsels unionized companies in labor relations, including representation in all phases of the grievance process.
Jeffery Saxby has been promoted to a Member of the Firm in the Litigation practice, in the Atlanta office. Saxby's knowledge and skills include experience in the areas of complex business litigation, banking litigation, and labor and employment litigation.
Adam So has been promoted to a Member of the Firm in the Corporate Services practice, in the New York office. So focuses on corporate and securities matters, providing strategic advice and legal guidance on a diverse range of transactions, including outsourcing.
