New York, NY (February 24, 2012) — The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green (EBG) has been ranked as one of the top 10 law firms for female partners, in a survey conducted by Law360. Twenty-eight percent of Epstein Becker Green's partners are female.

According to the survey, small- and mid-sized firms boast significantly higher percentages of women partners than global powerhouses, which reveals that female lawyers can more easily defeat stereotyping and find flexibility outside Big Law. In the fall of 2011, Law360 surveyed more than 200 law firms and those with more than 100 lawyers by percentage of female partners were ranked.
