New York, NY (July 28, 2022) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that it has been recognized in the inaugural BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers report, the 2022 Survey of Law Firms Where Associates Are Happiest, research focused on what associates want and value in a law firm.

According to BTI, several factors drive associate job satisfaction, including a firm’s commitment—and action—to help their career through training and mentorship, as well as optimism about growing within the firm.

BTI noted that associates name EBG as “Distinguished,” and more specifically, women associates name the firm as a “Leader,” in activities associates value most.

Moreover, EBG created an Associate Shadowing Program (ASP) in 2017 to provide an opportunity for associates to observe or participate in important client service-related activities. The ASP provides experiences that improve an associate’s confidence, skill set, and professional development.
