September 16, 2025 – Epstein Becker Green is pleased to announce the appointments of Andrew Katznelson as Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer (CBDMO) and Walter Stuart as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Together, Katznelson and Stuart bring a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to the firm with decades of experience at market-leading international law firms and professional services organizations.

With 25 years of legal industry experience, Katznelson has held senior roles at prominent AM Law 100 firms, including Director of Business Development and Market Engagement and Global Director of Business Development. In these positions, he led strategic and operational marketing, business development, and communications functions—spanning client intelligence, relationship management, new business targeting, events, brand positioning, and internal and external communications. As CBDMO, Katznelson partners with attorneys to drive the firm's business development, marketing, and communications objectives while leading a high-performing team that delivers strategic client development, brand enhancement, and marketing communications initiatives designed to generate revenue in the firm's target markets.

Stuart joins Epstein Becker Green as CFO with a two decade-plus track record in finance and accounting, including senior roles at McKinsey & Company and PwC. Prior to his arrival at EBG, Stuart served as Chief Financial Officer at  an international law firm where he successfully executed large-scale financial transformations and integrated emerging technologies to optimize financial reporting. At Epstein Becker Green, Stuart oversees all financial functions, including financial planning and reporting, profitable revenue growth, business intelligence and analytics,  and billing and collections.
