Chicago, IL (September 6, 2022) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is proud to announce that Amy K. Dow, a Member of the Firm in EBG’s Chicago office, has been recognized in Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2022 Notable Women in Law. According to Crain’s, this year’s list features 141 professionals representing a broad swath of practice types, honoring those who promote diversity and inclusion at their firms, mentor and promote pathways for advancement for young colleagues, and give back to their communities.

“It’s a privilege to be included in this group of distinguished women in law throughout Chicago,” said Amy. “Through the years, my role at EBG has evolved to not only focusing on serving clients in my private practice but to also taking on leadership positions and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and support the growth of my colleagues, and I am thrilled to be recognized for this work.”

At EBG, Amy is making an impact daily by providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to all attorneys with whom she interacts. As Vice Chair of EBG’s national Health Care & Life Sciences practice, she helps create a forum for problem-solving and idea sharing while encouraging cross-practice solutions and promoting excellence in client service.

As Co-Chair of EBG’s Roe v. Wade Working Group, Amy has been integral to the creation of a Trending Issues website and Dobbs Resource Center. Her participation and leadership in the firm’s Women’s Initiative program in Chicago, as well as the efforts of the various other women leaders throughout the firm, has helped name EBG as a Top 3 Law Firm for Women by Law360

To qualify for the Crain’s list, Amy has shown the ability to effect change through her roles and in her practice while serving as a role model and mentor to other women attorneys.
