New York, NY (February 18, 2011) — The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green today announced that Kristie Brooks Smith has joined as a Member of the Firm in the National Labor and Employment practice in Atlanta.

Kristie Brooks Smith, formerly a partner with Constangy Brooks & Smith, focuses her practice in the area of employment discrimination litigation by representing corporate clients in ongoing litigation, and by assisting these clients in minimizing litigation exposure and investigating discrimination claims. She also advises clients on FMLA matters, developing affirmative action programs, and employment litigation.
