Kristie Brooks Smith, formerly a partner with Constangy Brooks & Smith, focuses her practice in the area of employment discrimination litigation by representing corporate clients in ongoing litigation, and by assisting these clients in minimizing litigation exposure and investigating discrimination claims. She also advises clients on FMLA matters, developing affirmative action programs, and employment litigation.
