Epstein Becker Green announced that transactional attorney Christopher M. Locke has rejoined the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences practice as a Member of the Firm in Washington, DC. Locke brings more than 25 years of experience guiding professional practices, hospital systems, and private equity-backed entities through complex health care transactions and regulatory compliance matters.

As private equity investments in the health care sector continue to expand at a rapid pace, with 2025 disclosed deal value exceeding an estimated $191 billion, the industry faces an increasingly complex web of regulatory review and consolidation.

Chris rejoins Epstein Becker Green after a decade-long stint at a large national law firm.
