President Trump Signs Executive Actions for COVID-19 Relief
President Trump recently signed one executive order and three memoranda to aid a nation still struggling during the pandemic. The executive actions include updated unemployment benefits and a temporary payroll tax deferral from September 1 through December 31. Read more.
EEOC Resumes Right-to-Sue Notices
Effective August 3, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission resumed issuing charge closure documents, which include right-to-sue notices.
