With experience managing transactional matters ranging from $4 million to $200 million, Anthony is adept at navigating high-value, high-pressure deals. From due diligence to post-deal integration, he delivers actionable solutions that help clients streamline transactions, mitigate legal risks, and maximize deal value.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Anthony honed his skills in the corporate and securities group of an international law firm. He also gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
