Overview

Ariana Tagavi* helps clients navigate the legal and business challenges that arise when disputes surface in commercial relationships.

Working with clients across a broad range of industries, Ariana assists with commercial and employment litigation, including contract disputes and other complex business matters. She supports clients through every stage of the litigation process, with attention to the day-to-day concerns they face.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Ariana worked in global citizenship and worker well-being for an international apparel and retail company, focusing on labor compliance across its supply chain. This experience gave her a firsthand understanding of how businesses address workplace issues in practice and how legal considerations intersect with operational realities—a perspective she brings to her client work today.

Ariana earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Symposium Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal and as a student attorney at the Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic. She also was a judicial intern for the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, gaining insight into federal court proceedings and judicial decision-making.

In 2025, Ariana began her career at Epstein Becker Green as a summer associate in the firm's New York office, where she worked on commercial and employment litigation matters.
