Attorney Enrique Miranda is a trusted advisor to clients navigating the intricacies of business transactions and other corporate matters.

Enrique represents a diverse range of clients, including health systems, hospitals, physician groups, private equity firms investing in the health care and life sciences industries, and other health care and life sciences companies. He provides strategic advice to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, and other complex business transactions. He helps clients execute deals efficiently, in compliance with applicable laws, and aligned with industry standards.

With extensive experience across a wide range of corporate transactions, Enrique guides clients through the full lifecycle of a transaction, from structuring and negotiation to closing and post-acquisition integration. He also provides counsel on corporate governance, management services arrangements, and strategic affiliations, helping clients achieve their business objectives while mitigating risks.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Enrique honed his skills at leading international and national law firms, where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate and health care transactions.
