Overview

A tough and detail-oriented litigator, attorney Gianna Costello advocates for clients in a wide variety of complex commercial and employment-related disputes.

Gianna represents clients from financial services, health care, life sciences, technology, and other industries in litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation settings. She handles complex and sensitive matters involving trade secrets and employee mobility, health care, government enforcement, and commercial contracts. Gianna approaches every matter with analytical rigor and a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes based on each individual client’s unique needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Gianna was a law clerk to the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While in law school, she served as a student prosecutor in the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General and as a legal intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
