Overview

“My priority is to equip employers with effective strategies that anticipate challenges and protect their organizations.” —Hayden Regalado

Attorney Hayden Regalado helps employers navigate workplace disputes and compliance challenges across the Pacific Northwest.

Employers rely on Hayden to defend against single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff employment discrimination claims, including under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, and state employment laws.

In addition to her litigation practice, Hayden advises management on employment policies and day-to-day HR decisions, including hiring and termination practices, workplace accommodations, leave management, employee handbook updates, and wage and hour compliance. She draws on her litigation experience to deliver practical, preventive counsel that helps employers reduce legal risk before disputes arise.

Before joining the firm, Hayden practiced at a national labor and employment law firm, where she handled all phases of litigation.

What Hayden Delivers for Clients

  • Resolution on the Client’s Terms: Hayden evaluates each matter candidly—assessing the strengths, vulnerabilities, and business interests at stake—to help clients chart the right path forward, whether that means pursuing dismissal, standing firm through trial, or settling a dispute when the circumstances warrant it.
  • Litigation Efficiency: Hayden focuses on disciplined case management to help control the costs of employment litigation and move matters toward resolution efficiently.
  • Turning Policies into Protection: Poorly drafted handbooks and inconsistent HR practices are among the most common sources of employer liability. Hayden helps clients close those gaps by reviewing and updating policies, strengthening hiring and termination procedures, and building accommodation and leave frameworks that hold up under scrutiny.
