Madeleine is focused and deliberate when advocating for employers and other clients in high-stakes disputes involving breach of contract, trade secrets, and a wide range of other employment and commercial litigation matters.
Madeleine earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she developed a reputation for excellence in legal writing and oral advocacy. Her commitment to rigorous analysis and effective argumentation led to her role as Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and recognition with the Award of Excellence in Labor and Employment Law. During law school, she also served as a legal intern with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s office, adding a prosecutorial perspective to her litigation toolkit. After graduating, Madeleine further honed her skills through a prestigious clerkship with Chief Judge Thomas W. Sumners, Jr., of the New Jersey Superior Court’s Appellate Division, where she gained invaluable insight into judicial decision-making.
