Shelly Bhanot draws on her strong background in public health and data analytics to advise health care and life sciences organizations on their short- and long-term strategies.

Shelly advises on the intersection of health care and technology, guiding clients in adopting innovative technological solutions that enhance clinical practices and improve operational efficiency. She applies her extensive knowledge of public health policy and project management to help organizations reach their objectives while delivering high-quality care.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Shelly worked in health care consulting and project management, where she supported managed care organizations in developing digital health products designed to improve access and experience for Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace members. Shelly also served as a Management Analyst and Data Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Office of Federal Assistance Management. In this capacity, she conducted complex data analysis on federal grant funding and tracked and visualized financial assistance provided to states, counties, and more than 3,000 tribal grantees to ensure effective resource distribution during critical public health initiatives.

Shelly is highly skilled in data analysis, project management, and organizational leadership. Her practical experience in data storytelling and regulatory compliance allows her to deliver highly effective, evidence-based strategies for her clients.
