Overview
Taylor Justice* is a committed advocate for employers, focused on employment litigation and workplace compliance matters.
Employers value Taylor’s assistance with workplace investigations, as well as disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Taylor also helps draft position statements responding to charges of discrimination, internal workplace policies, and other documents designed to help employers minimize risk and maintain compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws.
Taylor began her career at Epstein Becker Green in 2025 as a summer associate in the firm’s Columbus office, gaining experience in labor and employment matters. During law school, she also served as Chief Managing Editor of The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law.
Before law school, Taylor served as Vice President of Buckeyes for Harm Reduction, a student-led organization at The Ohio State University focused on overdose prevention and education. Outside the office, she enjoys reading literary fiction and fantasy novels, collecting vinyl records, and attending The Ohio State Buckeyes football games.
