Epstein Becker Green announced that trial lawyer Daniel Dwyer has joined the firm's litigation and business disputes practice in Boston.

In the announcement, the firm touted Dwyer as "a first-chair litigator with more than 25 years of courtroom experience resolving complex business disputes and fiduciary litigation for companies and individuals across industries, including financial services, health care, life sciences, private equity, and technology."

Dwyer focuses on business and fiduciary disputes in federal and state courts, arbitrations and mediations, his new firm said.

Daniel Dwyer joined Epstein Becker Green as a partner in its litigation & business disputes practice in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Dwyer focuses on business and fiduciary disputes in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations. He represents corporate directors and officers, closely held businesses and their principals, physicians and physician groups and private family trustees and beneficiaries in matters involving breaches of contract, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, intra-corporate conflicts, and real estate controversies, the firm said.
