Boston, MA (January 27, 2026) — Epstein Becker Green announced today that trial lawyer Daniel Dwyer has joined the firm’s Litigation & Business Disputes practice in Boston. Dwyer is a first-chair litigator with more than 25 years of courtroom experience resolving complex business disputes and fiduciary litigation for companies and individuals across industries, including financial services, health care, life sciences, private equity, and technology.

“Dan has proven that he can try, and win, critical matters that require precision, judgment, and composure under pressure,” said Erik Weibust, Chair of Epstein Becker Green's National Litigation Steering Committee. “His experience as a former prosecutor and DEA special agent, along with decades in civil litigation, give him a distinct advantage in high-stakes cases. Dan strengthens our capacity to protect clients in complex disputes.”

Dwyer focuses on business and fiduciary disputes in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations. He represents corporate directors and officers, closely held businesses and their principals, physicians and physician groups and private family trustees and beneficiaries in matters involving breaches of contract, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, intra-corporate conflicts, and real estate controversies. He guides clients through all phases of litigation, from preliminary relief and dispositive motions to trial and appeals.

“My clients value practical strategy, clear communication, and a steady hand in the courtroom,” said Dwyer. “Epstein Becker Green’s fast-growing Boston team and deep national bench in complex disputes provide the platform to deliver exceptional results for clients in Massachusetts and across the country.”

Dwyer was a litigation partner at a prominent East Coast firm before joining Epstein Becker Green. A longtime resident of Hingham, Massachusetts, he served for six years on the town’s advisory committee and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the South Boston Neighborhood House.
